Obtaining an ASUSTOR ID:
Once the NAS has been initialized, you will be able to log in to ADM. Click Settings.
Go to the Registration page and click Create new account.

Submit a support ticket:
1 - Login to ASUSTOR member portal using your ASUSTOR ID and submit a support ticket. The ASUSTOR team will assess the case and issue a support ticket number.https://member.asustor.com/
2 - Once the ticket number is issued, contact NAS Marketplace using one of the existing methods and provide the following details:

Proof of purchase

The defective unit
-
The ASUSTOR support ticket number
